By accessing or using TimelineIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms apply to all users, including coordinators, team members, and event contacts.
TimelineIQ provides a live event coordination platform that enables professional event coordinators to create and manage run sheets, send SMS updates to contacts, and coordinate event logistics in real time. Features are subject to the subscription plan selected.
You must create an account to use TimelineIQ. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.
TimelineIQ offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account. A 14-day free trial is available for new accounts; no credit card is required for the trial period.
By using our SMS features, you agree to use them only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You are responsible for obtaining valid opt-in consent from all contacts before sending them messages through our platform. You must not use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that is harassing, harmful, or illegal.
You agree not to use TimelineIQ to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe on intellectual property rights; transmit harmful, offensive, or deceptive content; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
All content, features, and functionality of TimelineIQ — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by TimelineIQ LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TimelineIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice within the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
